Masterclass by The King's Singers

In collaboration with The King's Singers Global Foundation, the HK Children's Choir Arts Development Fund organised "Masterclass by The King's Singers" on the evening of 17 October at The Hong Kong Children's Choir West Kowloon Centre Recital Hall.
The masterclass was a rare opportunity that gathers like-minded performers, conductors, and music education professionals in Hong Kong. Eighty participants representing over fifty units, including Music Office of Leisure and Cultural Services Department, local performing arts groups, choirs of colleges and universities, community and church choirs, and vocalists participated in the masterclass alongside HKCC Vocal Adviser in Residence, Ms Chan Siu Kwan, HKCC tutors and alumni.
During the masterclass, OB Times, NOĒMA and Brio performed a wide range of repertoire, while six members of The King's Singers shared with the audience their perspectives and performing tips.
The King's Singers concluded the masterclass with their remarkable performances, including 1980s Cantopop The Bund sung by Frances Yip, in a big round of applause.
