Stanley Plaza Christmas Market

On 7 December, The Hong Kong Children’s Choir was once again invited to perform in the annual Stanley Plaza Christmas Market. This year, the stage was relocated in front of the Murray House. The programme commenced with a series of ethnic dances by the Youth Dance. The colourful costumes and graceful poses of the dancers filled the venue with a festive atmosphere. The Chamber Youth, joined by some of the alumni, then performed Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas and Santa Baby in a cappella style. Lastly, members of Intermediate 3N sang several lively classic Christmas songs. This unique programme integrating Chinese and western cultural elements not only attracted the attention of many tourists, but also brought much warmth and festivity as the cold winter drew near.
