Jointly produced by the Community Chest and Television Broadcast Limited, the annual charity TV fundraising program was held at Tseung Kwan O TVB City on 25 May. The Hong Kong Children’s Choir was invited to perform with prominent social elites and local artists. It was a meaningful event as both HKCC and Community Chest are celebrating their 50th anniversary this year.
50 members from Senior D sang at the opening with Elisa Chan and Jennifer Chan to appeal for donations to persons in need. They performed a medley which included popular tunes rearranged and accompanied by Chiu Tsang-hei: For Love (你為了愛情), This is Me (from the movie, The Greatest Showman) and A Thousand Suns (千個太陽).
